Welcome to AHSR/ASMI

AHSR/ASMI is an award winning company for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). AHSR/ASMI aims to give opportunities to existing workers who have the knowledge, experience and skills (with or without any formal qualification and irrespective of age or nationality) to obtain an Australian National Qualification that is recognized worldwide.
AHSR/ASMI was founded in April 2011 and has its registered office in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. As the Middle East has an excellent geographic location on the world stage and world class infrastructure, the tourism and hospitality industry has emerged as one of the most robust in the world. AHSR/ASMI has stepped in to provide an important service for business, community and industry.

RPL is the recognition of prior learning. It is an opportunity to have your skills recognized for what they are, formally, no matter how, when or where the learning has occurred. RPL identifies knowledge and skills you have already gained in the workplace.
We at AHSR are committed to giving you the right qualifications commensurate with your skills.
The Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) “supports the development and maintenance or pathways which provide access to qualifications and assist people to move easily and readily between different education and training sectors and between those sectors and the labour market”. (AQF Objectives 2nd edition January 2013).
The RPL process reviews learning that may have acquired through a variety of life experiences including through formal or informal training, work experience (paid and unpaid) or through voluntary work.
In assessing a candidate’s ability, portfolios of evidence can include; prior qualifications, resumes, references, position descriptions, work examples, photographs/videos, practical/workplace observation, skills tests and assignments and a competency conversation.

Justine Ormandy
"I wanted to obtain a qualification based on my prior learning and experience within Hospitality. I wanted to ensure it would be credible and internationally recognised. AHSR ME FZE offered the opportunity to do that. The information provided was clear, logical and accurate. The follow up was timely and efficient. The support and guidance was always there. Feedback was clear and detailed. Due to these contributing factors, I completed the qualification with AHSR ME FZE within a minimal time period and promptly received the qualification. I would have no hesitation in recommending AHSR ME FZE to someone looking for Hospitality qualifications".
"Having successfully completed the Advanced Diploma in Hospitality with AHSR ME FZE previously, I looked to them again when I wanted to further my qualifications. Having seen potential courses I contacted them for details and was delighted to hear that my documentation used in the earlier diploma could be cross-referenced where applicable. This saved a lot of time and duplication, enabling me to focus on the areas not covered previously. Through the identification of further prior learning evidence and a detailed telephone conversation regarding my experiences, I was able to complete the Management and Project Management Diploma quickly and easily. Thank you to everyone involved."

“I would like to express my sincere gratitude and happiness because I have completed the ‘Advanced Diploma of Hospitality’ through Australian Hospitality Skills Recognition. This qualification has given me remarkable support in my career; it has also enabled me to enhance my qualification and educational achievements.
I was impressed by the professional approach of Ms. June Silver, Managing Director of AHSR ME FZE at the first stage. Ms. Silver was extremely supportive and cooperative all the time. I would also like to recognize the terrific efforts of the Assessment & Awarding teams in Australia who were caring throughout the assessment process and ensured that my qualification was attested at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Australia. Being the first candidate from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the first Arabic candidate ever, has made me more proud and I do recommend AHSR ME FZE to all those who look for an official qualification towards their skills and experience. The fact that AHSR is registered with the Government of Australia enables you get registered on the AVETMISS system and the units that you complete are as specified in the curriculum of the Australian Government Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations.

Your service has been extremely efficient! Thank you so much.
I achieved the Diploma of Hospitality from Australia by getting my skills and knowledge in the hospitality industry assessed by your team in Australia and this program allowed me to go about my daily work without any interruption.

I am now in my second week of living and working in one of the best hotels in Tasmania, Australia, with a 187 PR visa (Regional). I received the job offer with sponsorship right after I completed my RPL programme and the visa processing took just 25 days. My family also got a direct PR Visa but I will settle in Australia and then bring my family after a couple of months. “June has been a very Great inspiration to me.
In my mid-forties and a single mom with 3 kids, I would never have imagined to accomplish and sustain a study in Australia and get certified by the Australian Government on achieving the ADVANCED DIPLOMA OF HOSPITALITY.
It is solely her motivation and drive that pushed me to accomplish what I have now. I am so proud to have earned this Diploma! I know for a fact that this certificate is going to take me places and it is a feather in my cap.
I wish many other people can just hook up with June to get motivated, inspired, and to achieve self-esteem and enhance their careers, especially when it comes to a point when they see no more light in their life.
I would highly recommend every individual to connect with June as she is one of the BEST PEOPLE I have EVER KNOWN. She puts you on track and will guide you as to which areas you need to be certified in and she will ensure you achieve your goals. She doesn't just stop after you get your Certificate, but she goes all out and she goes all the way with you and pushes you till you have achieved what you need to achieve.
I have never called anyone GURU but I call her one as she really is a GURU in each one's life. She puts herself all out and goes the extra mile with you.
I wish her all the best in her future endeavors.
God Bless her Abundantly."Michelle Young, Director, Home Sweet Home Guest House & Back Packer's Hostel/Motel, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

"A BIG THANK YOU!
My wife and I are very thankful to June who has helped me in each and every process throughout my journey in attaining the Diploma of Hospitality. After our first meeting with June, we were so relieved and confident that we were going to achieve our dream of getting qualified and being able to work and live in Australia. She guided us and helped us in achieving our goals. June was with us during the entire process, right from the starting stage of filling in the application form until I received the Australian Government attested Diploma. Such a caring and self-disciplined person with principals is rare to find these days!
Even after getting my Diploma, June was following up regularly with us as to where we stood in the process of moving to Australia. She guided us and updated us often. Without her help and direction, we wouldn’t have accomplished our dream. She is a person with high determination, dedication and a helping nature. Her attention to detail made us very confident. She is a person to rely on as June takes interest in every single candidate who remains in contact with her throughout the process. She even helped me with my IELTS preparation by giving me important tips and techniques on how to pass the test and score high and I am very proud to say that I passed the IELTS test with good marks on my very first attempt.
We would like to highlight the fact that just within two days of getting qualified to be able to work and immigrate to Australia, I received a good job sponsorship directly from an employer in Australia, again with June's help and good contacts and my wife and me are looking forward to moving to Australia soon.
We highly recommend our friends and anyone who would like to reach their goals to connect with June and enjoy the guidance. Australian Hospitality Skills Recognition ME FZE is a one-stop shop, where an individual will not only attain knowledge but also be able to build her/his career. We will update this testimonial soon.

"To Whom It May Concern
I would like to express my sincere gratitude and thankfulness to the Australian Hospitality Skills Recognition team for the tremendous support they gave me during and after my study.
I am so proud of being one of their first graduates from the Middle East when I completed my Advanced Diploma in Hospitality back in 2011. I have been approached by so many colleagues from the hotel industry who expressed their interest to join Australian Hospitality Skills Recognition. The first question they usually ask, is the certificate accredited worldwide? At that time, I could not answer because I completed my diploma to get my skills recognized and I had no plans to check the credentialed aspect although I got my diploma legalized by the Saudi, UAE, and Syrian Embassies in Queensland, Australia. In 2015 I moved to Canada and when I applied for immigration, I had to do the “Credential Assessment Report” through ICAS (International Credential Assessment Service) which is the only official department that does credential reports in Canada. It has been a long process and I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the substantial support of everybody in AHSR, in particular, Ms. June Silver who has been very responsive.
I am so glad to share that I have received my official report and my diploma was acknowledged as a two years college diploma in Canada.
I, therefore, do recommend Australian Hospitality Skills Recognition for those who want to polish their wealthy practical experience and have it recognized as a degree issued by a worldwide accredited institution like AHSR. You may always reach out to me for more information and you can get my contact details in Canada from Ms. June.
Best Regards
Ahmed Al Bik"

"AHSR, its RPL programme and Ms. June Silver in particular came to my rescue when I was practically stranded in my initial phase of preparation to apply for Australian Skilled Migration. I started applying while I was in UAE and was hopeless when I got rejected first time for Migration Skill Assessment from the Trade Recognition Australia. And then I came in contact with AHSR and completed my RPL. With the AQF (Australian Qualification Framework) certificate (awarded after successful completion of RPL from AHSR) in hand, I was able to clear all stages of process effortlessly including my Permanent Residence in Australia. Not only Permanent Residence, I even got a globally recognized Australian qualification right from my house with the help of the RPL programme conducted by AHSR.
Thanks AHSR."

As an international student, I enjoyed all the experiences offered. I was so excited to have completed my Diploma of Hospitality Management. I was also able to succeed in class as well as the work place; it provided me with more than a first-class education. Although my profile was incomplete, AHSR changed everything for me and have led me to a brighter future. Ms. June Silver took care of me like family. She offered selfless help whenever I needed with all the support provided by her. Thank you Ms. June for your effort to help me & thank you very much to Mr. Mark for his great help to me as a Student.
I highly recommend Australian Hospitality Skills Recognition. It is my belief that these qualifications will give people working in hospitality increased opportunities for a better future. Please feel free to contact me at any point should you have questions about this recommendation. Thank you"

Indika Bandara is now in Australia after completing his RPL Certification with us. Congratulations Indika!
"I am Indika Bandara now working in Adelaide, Australia. Actually, I met June Silver in 2015 when I was working at the St. Regis Hotel, Abu Dhabi. Before I met her, I applied to come to Australia four times but I did not get an opportunity because I did not have the Australian Skill certificate. June explained to me about the RPL programme and the benefits of the certificate and how it would help me to work or to immigrate with my family to Australia. Before I registered for the programme, I checked with some of my friends in Australia and then in 2017, while I was working in the Maldives, I registered with Australian Hospitality Skills Recognition ME FZ LLC at their Dubai office and started my RPL.
Really, this programme has changed my life and when I qualified, June helped me to come to Australia. I can advise everyone who is interested to come to Australia to contact June and not to waste their money elsewhere because I lost money several times trying to move to Australia. June guided me throughout and helped me to format my CV and also sent me links to apply for jobs. I stayed in contact with her and I have finally reached my goal.
This RPL qualification is recognized all over the world and also many Chefs are in Canada and New Zealand with this qualification. I have many qualifications but this RPL qualification is the best that I have. Thank you AHSR."

Basheer Shaikh Chef de Partie at Pierre’s Bistro & Bar, Intercontinental Festival City, Dubai, now Chief de Partie at Longitude, Yulara, Northern Territory, Australia
"Hi, my name is Basheer Shaikh and I am currently working In Uluru Australia. I have been working in Dubai for over 6 years and I had a dream of moving to Australia. I went to all the good consultants in Dubai and was so stressed and confused about what and how to trust these people and proceed with my dream.
One day I saw an article on LinkedIn about this RPL program and I met Ms. June for a consultation. She explained to me clearly how this RPL program would help me get into Australia. I registered for the RPL program and finished successfully. By the guidance of Ms. June, Mr. Christopher and Mr. Kris Chauhan, I completed my certificate IV In Commercial Cookery from AHSR in Australia. I would recommend all young chefs to go ahead and do this RPL program and make their dream come true of moving to Australia.
Lastly, I would like to say a few words about Ms. June Silver. From day one, she has been very helpful and always there to answer all my questions by a phone call or on watsapp, no matter whatever time of the day it was. They say when you have a dream and you ask God for help, he sends an angel to you and for me, Ms. June was that angel. I’m forever grateful for her help and guidance on making my dream come true. God bless!"

"While working in Dubai, I got in contact with June who suggested me to get an RPL from Australia, as I was already planning to move to Australia. The process was easy and in a few months, I got my Diploma. June has been a great help once I reached Australia on a PR. Her support was always there when I needed and she sent across my CV and application to all her contacts here in Australia which helped me a lot. June did not stop until I was settled in a job that I liked. I am thankful to her for going out of the way and helping me settle in this new country."

Cyrus L. Fernandes, Chef de partie at Best Western Sanctuary Inn, Tamworth, New South Wales, Australia
"Hi Everyone,
My name is Cyrus L Fernandes and I am currently working in New South Wales, Australia, since September 18, 2018. I would like to thank Ms. June Silver of Australian Hospitality Skills Recognition ME FZE LLC, Mr Kris Chouhan and the entire team in Brisbane who helped me to complete my Diploma in Commercial Cookery through their RPL programme, while I was working in Dubai. With this qualification, I was in a position to find a good sponsor in Australia. Ms. June was always in contact to guide and support me via social media chat, telephone calls and emails and she always made her time available to clear my doubts.
This programme was reasonably easy to complete as it requires you to submit evidence of your work experience, prior studies (if any) and knowledge of your skills. It is an Australian government requirement and even though I had culinary qualifications from my home country, I had to complete this RPL programme.
I strongly support the programme and would recommend everyone who is planning to pursue their dreams to register for the programme."

Pastry Chef Angrej Singh Bajwa moves from Oman to Australia
"My name is Angrej and I have never met June Silver or anyone from AHSR before because I was working in Muscat and their marketing office was in Dubai. I got to know about their work in assisting chefs to get skill-certified for Australia on Linkedin and since I have family members in Australia, one telephone call to the institute in Australia to seek clarification and I was able to clear all my doubts about their authenticity. I registered for the programme and received my RPL certificate in Patisserie in record time.
All thanks to June for her professional, supportive, and sincere efforts in making me successful. June even went out of her way to guide and prepare me for the Pathway 2 Skill Assessment and connected me with the right people. I managed to clear that step too.
After getting certified, I started receiving emails from AHSR office with sponsorship chef job links to which I applied, and I was successful in being offered a job contract with a work visa in Australia.
I never get enough time to thank June and she has always helped me with every obstacle. I really appreciate that. I wholeheartedly recommend AHSR to chefs who would like to work or immigrate to Australia".

Chef Noor Mohammad from Bangladesh moves to Canada. This is his testimonial.
"I am Noor Mohammad from Bangladesh. I can recommend the chef certificate I got from Australian Hospitality Skills Recognition to chefs because it is genuine.
I worked as a chef in Bangladesh and Maldives from the year 2008 and I learnt all my chef skills on the job. I needed to get a chef skills certificate to enhance my career because I started working straight away when I left school and so I got in contact with Australian Hospitality Skills Recognition in their Dubai office and completed my Chef Skill Certificate IV in commercial cookery through RPL which is an Australian Government award. I was all the time in contact with Ms. June at every step and I applied for a job in Canada, was selected and got my visa. I am now working in Saskatchewan, Canada.
What made me very happy is that my visa allowed me to sponsor my wife to Canada and she will also join me soon.
Thank you June and AHSR"
